From a small village in Musoma, Tanzania to building a multimillion-dollar International Business Empire by age 24. My journey has been one of resilience, ambition, and hard-earned wisdom. I founded "Javis" from a university dorm room in China, earning a spot on "Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 (2017) and recognition as a Top Young Tanzanian Entrepreneur (2017), with Javis listed among Tanzania’s Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies in Tanzania (2018). But success was short-lived, by late 2018 Javis collapsed under rapid expansion and costly setbacks, marking a significant turning point in my journey.Those failures reshaped me. I chronicled my story in "The Rise, Fall and Rebirth of a Dreamer," a book I wrote to guide others past the pitfalls I faced. From the ashes of that chapter, I found a greater purpose: lifting others up. In 2024, I founded "Touching Lives by Harun Marwa," a nonprofit personal mission dedicated to empowering Tanzania’s underprivileged but talented individuals to build generational wealth and self-reliance.With a bold vision to transform lives across Tanzania, creating a ripple effect of prosperity for generations. I’ve walked the path of struggle, success, and loss, now I’m committed to ensuring others rise stronger, wiser, and equipped to succeed.Together, we can turn potential into progress and struggles into lasting legacies.
