Hello, I’m Harun Marwa, I am passionate about Empowering and Touching lives through “Touching Lives Impact”My journey has been one of resilience, ambition, and hard earned wisdom.In 2013, at just 21 years old, I founded an international trading company (Javis) while still a university student in China, starting from my dorm room. What began as a small idea quickly grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise, generating annual revenues of up to $9 million by the time I turned 24. The company’s remarkable success earned me a place on the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list in 2017 and recognition as one of Tanzania’s Top Young Entrepreneurs the same year. In 2018, Javis was also ranked among Tanzania’s Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies.But the journey soon took an unexpected turn as Javis faced the challenges of rapid expansion and costly setbacks, moments that became a defining chapter in my growth.That experience reshaped me. I chronicled my story in The Unstoppable Dreamer, a book I wrote to guide others through the realities of ambition and resilience. From that chapter, I discovered a greater purpose of lifting others up. I went on to found Touching Lives Impact, with a bold vision to transform lives across Tanzania.This is a personal mission dedicated to empowering Tanzania's underprivileged yet talented individuals. I believe that talent, potential, and ambition should never be limited by circumstances.My aim is to reach thousands and inspire a movement that impacts millions.Through Touching Lives Impact, we’ve launched ongoing initiatives to make sure talent and ambition aren’t wasted just because someone lacks financial means or social support.We've inspired hundreds of young people, helping them find hope, and take real steps toward their goals.We’ve supported small businesses with guidance, seed capital, and access to networks, giving them a chance to stand on their feet and grow.We've also helped individuals who were once incarcerated, providing legal aid, emotional support, and tools to help them reintegrate and start again.For many, we’ve been the bridge to launching a dream, whether it’s a business, or a second chance.And this is just the beginning. The mission continues to grow. More lives are being touched. The journey goes on because the dream is still alive.I’ve walked the path of success, loss and struggle, now I’m committed to ensuring others rise stronger, wiser, and equipped to succeed through Touching Lives Impact
